1. About these terms

These terms cover residential snow removal from Bubble Beams Exterior Solutions ("we", "us") in Sherwood Park, Alberta, for the customer named on the plan ("you"). They are the full version of the short summary you see before you confirm a plan. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you sign up. Plans accepted under these terms keep these terms and prices, even if we change them later.

2. Service area and routes

Our snow routes are intentionally organized and limited so our service windows stay realistic. Plans are for properties in Sherwood Park. Properties outside that area need a custom quote and may not fit an existing route.

3. What a normal clearing includes

• Driveway clearing for the driveway size you chose (1, 2 or 3 cars)
• The front walkway from the driveway to the primary entrance
• Front steps
• The public or municipal sidewalk directly bordering the front of the home, which is included in the price
• Basic driveway windrow cleanup
• Snow relocated to an appropriate location on your property

For corner lots, the additional sidewalk that comes with the corner property is covered by the corner lot charge, which is built into your plan total.

4. What is not included

We do not haul snow away, dispose of it off site or load it into trucks. Unusually long private walkways, rear pathways, large or unusual properties, areas outside the agreed service area, unusual access requirements and other non-standard clearing may require custom or additional pricing.

5. Qualifying snowfall and when the clock starts

A qualifying snowfall is a snow event of at least 5 cm, measured once it has ended. The service clock starts when the qualifying snowfall has ended, not when it begins. While a storm is still going, the Active Storm Policy in section 13 applies.

6. Targets and guaranteed completion

Standard: 24-hour best-effort target and 32-hour guaranteed completion. Premium Priority: 12-hour best-effort target and 24-hour guaranteed completion, with priority route placement. Standard and Premium Priority receive the same clearing. Premium pays for priority and speed only. Missing a target alone does not trigger compensation. Missing the guaranteed completion window does, under the remedy below.

7. The guarantee remedy

• Pay per visit: the affected visit is free. If it has been paid for, we refund 100% of that visit.
• Monthly: one Monthly visit value, equal to 25% of your normal base monthly subscription, is taken off your next full monthly payment.
• Seasonal: one Seasonal visit value (your visit price less the 20% Seasonal discount) is subtracted from your final installment if you chose two installments and it has not been collected, or refunded if you have paid in full.
• For a chargeable additional visit (an overage or extra storm visit), the remedy is that visit being free or refunded.
• Premium Priority does not receive a larger remedy. Its value is the faster window.
• We only describe a refund as paid once our payment provider confirms it.

8. When the guarantee does not apply

Ordinary snowfall, heavy snowfall, a busy route or a large customer list do not void the guarantee. The guarantee may not apply when service is prevented or materially delayed by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, including government-mandated road closures, emergency restrictions, roads that are legally or physically impassable, conditions where running equipment creates an unreasonable immediate safety risk, vehicles blocking agreed clearing areas, locked gates or other customer-created access restrictions, a postponement you request, property conditions that prevent safe access, and genuine force majeure. Force majeure means events beyond our reasonable control that make performance impossible or unsafe, such as natural disasters or government orders. It does not include ordinary snowfall, heavy snowfall or normal workload. If we report one of these circumstances, it is recorded and reviewed before the guarantee is set aside.

9. Your responsibilities

• Keep the agreed service areas reasonably accessible
• Move vehicles when needed for complete clearing
• Tell us about hidden obstacles and hazards
• Keep pets safely away from equipment
• Tell us about access restrictions
• Keep your contact information accurate

If a vehicle blocks part of the driveway, we may clear all reasonably accessible areas, and the blocked portion does not make the service incomplete. A requested return after the vehicle is moved may carry an additional service charge.

10. Plans, prices and add-ons

• Standard per visit: $40 / $50 / $60 for 1 / 2 / 3-car driveways. Premium Priority is 1.3 times Standard.
• Monthly: per-visit price x 4 visits x 0.90 (10% off), paid in advance.
• Seasonal: your visit price less 20%, assuming about 4 visits per full month, for the period from the day you subscribe to April 15.
• Corner lot, salt and sand: if you choose any of these, they are priced for the visits your plan assumes and added to your plan total, so there are no separate per-visit charges. Ice control is only applied when you select it or request it.
• GST (5%) is added to all charges.

11. Payment

Pay per visit is billed weekly, on Mondays, for the clearings completed that week. Monthly plans are paid in advance, on either the last day of the preceding month or the first day of the service month, as you choose at sign-up. Payment must be received for recurring service to remain active, and if a payment is more than 3 days overdue we pause service until it is received. Snow-removal service ends April 15, so the April Monthly payment is 50% of the normal monthly price. Seasonal service begins when you subscribe and ends April 15. You choose at sign-up: pay the full amount when you subscribe, or pay in two installments, 50% when you subscribe and the remainder on February 1.

12. Snowfall allowance and overage approval

Monthly plans include 34 cm of qualifying snowfall for each full month. Unused allowance rolls forward within the same winter, has no cash value, is non-refundable and non-transferable, and does not carry into the next winter. Seasonal plans include 200 cm of qualifying snowfall for the plan period. Each qualifying snowfall uses allowance equal to its measured depth, or whatever remains if less. Once your allowance is used up, we will not clear chargeable snow until you approve the additional per-visit rate we show you. Monthly subscribers keep their 10% discount on additional visits and Seasonal subscribers keep their 20% discount. You can authorize or pause at any time from your plan page, and we record each decision with the rate you accepted and the time. If you approve after a storm has ended, the target and guarantee clock for that visit starts at your approval.

13. Active Storm Policy

During an ongoing or prolonged storm, each Monthly or Seasonal property receives one included clearing per day when service is needed. You may request additional clearing within the same 24-hour period. Additional visits must be requested, are subject to availability, do not change route priority or the normal guarantee, and are charged at your subscriber discounted rate.

14. Records

We keep a record of your plan, the prices and terms you accepted, snow events, service times, guarantee results, credits, refunds, payments and your decisions, so any question or dispute can be checked against the facts. You can see your own history on your private plan page.
